  • This is a nice tribute to the United States, narrated by John Wayne.

  • When Enron went bankrupt in 2001, it was replaced with a relatively young computer graphics card company called NVIDIA. It has since grown to be the 2nd largest company in the S&P500 (as of 6/19/25).

  • The Shortest War in History Lasted Only 38 to 45 Minutes: The Anglo-Zanzibar War, fought between the British Empire and the Sultanate of Zanzibar on August 27, 1896, is considered the shortest war in history, lasting between 38 and 45 minutes.

  • Looking for something fun and light to watch during the holiday? Britbox has a fun British mystery show, Death Valley.

  • For moviegoers, we have heard great things about the live-action version of How to Train Your Dragon.

We liked this short video from Commonwealth’s investment team, as they look ahead to the rest of the year for investors. Brad McMillan is feeling cautious about equities. Sam Millette is happy that “bonds are behaving like bonds.”
We are hopeful that some of the legislation and other changes being debated will be decided on, giving us more direction, especially on taxes.
